1. About Manvue

• Manvue – Smart Talent Hunt is a recruitment platform owned and managed by Meritorious Legal HR.
• The App connects job seekers and recruiters through a skill-based search, chat, and video system.
• The App does not allow posting of job advertisements; recruiters can only search and connect with candidates.

2. Eligibility

• Users must be 18 years or older.
• Job seekers must provide accurate personal and skill information.
• Recruiters must represent legitimate businesses or hiring entities.

3. Service Fees

• Job Seekers: Must pay a Prime Subscription Fee (₹720 / 6 months or updated amount) to access premium features.
• Recruiters: No charges, commissions, or fees are collected.
• MLHR reserves the right to update fees with prior notice.

4. User Responsibilities

Job Seekers must:

• Provide true and accurate information.
• Not share misleading profiles or use the App for non-recruitment purposes.
• Maintain professional conduct during chat, calls, and video interviews.

Recruiters must:

• Use the App only for hiring purposes.
• Treat candidate information confidentially.
• Not demand payments or commissions from candidates.

5. Privacy & Data

• MLHR respects user privacy. Data will not be sold or shared without consent.
• Recruiters can view limited candidate details until the candidate accepts interaction.
• Using the App means you agree to MLHR’s Privacy Policy.

6. Limitations of Liability

• MLHR is a facilitator and not responsible for the accuracy of information provided by users.
• MLHR is not responsible for hiring outcomes or disputes.
• Users must verify information independently.

7. Prohibited Activities

• Posting or soliciting job vacancies.
• Fraudulent, illegal, or abusive use of the App.
• Harassment, spam, or misuse of chat/video features.

8. Termination of Service

• MLHR may suspend or terminate accounts violating these Terms.
• Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

9. Changes to Terms

• MLHR may update these Terms. Continued use means acceptance.

10. Governing Law

• These Terms are governed by Indian law.
• Disputes fall under courts in Kochi, Kerala.

Account Deletion

You can delete your account and data from my account section on the app login.
