Refund & Cancellation Policy – Manvue

1. General Policy

Manvue is a subscription-based platform owned by Meritorious Legal HR (MLHR). Job seekers pay a subscription fee to access platform features for a fixed period. Recruiters use the platform free of cost.

By purchasing a subscription, you agree to the terms of this Refund & Cancellation Policy.

2. Subscription Plans

  • Job seeker subscription fee: ₹720 (valid for 6 months)
  • Payment is collected through authorized payment gateways.
  • The subscription provides access to skill-based visibility, chat, and video features.

3. Cancellation Policy

  • Job Seekers: You may cancel your subscription anytime through Google Play settings. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not qualify for a refund of the ongoing period.
  • Recruiters: Since the service is free, no cancellations or refunds apply.

4. Refund Policy

Refunds are only provided in the following cases:

  • Payment was deducted, but the subscription was not activated.
  • Duplicate payments were made.
  • A verified technical issue prevented access to app features.

Refund processing:

  • Reviewed and processed within 7–10 business days.
  • Credited back to the original payment method.

Note: Manvue is not responsible for delays by banks or payment gateways.

5. Non-Refundable Situations

  • User stops using the app before subscription expiry.
  • User provides incomplete or incorrect profile details.
  • Platform misuse (fraud, spam, violation of terms).
  • Device issues or connectivity problems unrelated to Manvue.

6. Subscription Expiry

  • After 6 months, access is automatically revoked unless renewed.
  • Users must purchase a new subscription to continue.
